Very upset. I got recommended this brand by a couple of larp friends saying that their stuff is high-quality. I didn’t even get to wear it before one of the grommets of the glove popped off. Tell me why I’m paying 50 bucks for plastic Grommets on leather especially since this is my first product from them and I’ve been looking longingly at a bunch of other stuff in the past. I don’t know if I’ll buy it from them again.

Defects are rare but in cases like these we have you covered, please email us so we can replace these. Because natural leather has a bit of stretch, it can occasionally cause a grommet to give way, though it's definitely not the norm for this piece!
